Return and Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 3 days of the delivery date.

Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • Missing product or missing parts.
  • Incorrect product received.
  • Damaged product received during transit.

To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team within 3 days of delivery and provide the required proof of the issue.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

To ensure a fair and transparent return process, an unboxing video is mandatory for all claims related to damaged, missing, or incorrect products.

The unboxing video must:

  • Start before opening the package.
  • Clearly show the package and shipping label.
  • Capture the complete unboxing process without any cuts or edits.
  • Clearly show the issue being reported.

Claims submitted without a complete unboxing video may not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • All original tags, labels, invoices, and packaging must remain intact.
  • The product must not be damaged due to customer handling.
  • The return request must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products that have been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Products without original tags, labels, or packaging.
  • Requests made after the 3-day return period.
  • Minor variations in color, texture, embroidery, or design due to lighting, photography, monitor settings, or the handcrafted nature of certain products.
  • Products returned because of a change of mind, dislike of color, fabric preference, size preference, or personal choice.

Return Process

If your order qualifies for a return:

  1. Contact our customer support within 3 days of delivery.
  2. Share your Order ID, clear photos, and the mandatory unboxing video.
  3. Our team will review your request.
  4. Once approved, return instructions will be shared.
  5. Securely pack the product and send it to the return address provided by Bliss Bride.

Inspection & Approval

All returned products undergo a quality inspection after they are received.

Bliss Bride reserves the right to approve or reject a return request if the product does not meet the return eligibility or conditions mentioned in this policy.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and approved after inspection:

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an incorrect, missing, or damaged product.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
